another iPhone 3gs update to 3.1.3 then jailbreak via SPIRIT no sweat....
this is a Factory Unlock iphone.

restore first via iTunes...
after that activate it....
then run SPIRIT and wait.....(download SPIRIT)
after run spirit you will see this image to your iPhone....
then finaly....
have cydia already you can costumized your iPhone what ever you want....
